All refunds will incur a 20% handling fee. No refunds will be made after 1 Augustus 2026. However, another delegate may be nominated as a replacement, up to two weeks before the Conference. Cancellation must be in writing by email to the Conference Secretariat: leen@orga-med.com. The date of the email will be used when considering a refund. All refunds will be made after the Conference.
