  • Keep your abstract within the 500-word frame for a concise and impactful submission
  • Enter the title in the first textbox to clearly introduce your research topic
  • Maintain blinded review standards by not including author names or affiliations in the abstract template; this information will be linked automatically in the online system
  • Avoid references whenever possible to keep your abstract clean and reader-friendly
  • Structure your abstract to highlight key scientific elements:
    • Background – briefly introduce the research context.
    • Aims and Objectives – clearly state the study purpose or tested hypothesis.
    • Methods – describe study setting, participants (number and type), diagnosis or intervention, and statistical analysis.
    • Results – present findings clearly, including statistical significance if relevant.
    • Conclusions – emphasize the meaning, relevance, and potential impact of your study
  • Type your abstract text using the full width of the document and avoid symbols for better readability
  • Use standard abbreviations only; if a rare abbreviation is necessary, spell it out at first use and place the abbreviation in brackets
  • Carefully check spelling, grammar, and scientific accuracy before submission to ensure a polished abstract
  • Be prepared to declare any conflict of interest during the submission process
