How can I, as abstract presenter, register at the early bird rate? 

On the registration page, you can find the TAP booking details.
When paying the registration fee, please select the option “Abstract Presenter.”
Please note that this option applies to one abstract presenter per abstract only.
You can find the fee for abstract presenters in the dropdown on the booking form.

When do I present my e-poster?

Your poster will be shown on screens, there is not need to present your abstract.

• Format posters should be 16/9, Landscape, and at least 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Submission should be in pdf format
• Name document: PosterNumber_Name_Title.pdf
• Submit via this link

Deadline submissions ePosters: 24 September 2026.
ePosters submitted later then 24 September, will not be shown. 

Will my abstract be in the abstract book? 

Yes, once you have registered for and paid for the conference.

When do I present my oral presentation? 

Abstracts that are chosen for oral presentation, have been contact individually regarding the time schedual.
