Bus Transport will be foreseen:
• From the congress centre at 19:30 – second stop at Aspazijas 5-7 – to Lido
• Transport from Lido at 23:00 – 00:00 – 01:00 to Aspazijas 5-7, the city centre.

How to register for the dinner?
A ticket costs 80 euro.
This includes an aperitif, a Latvian buffet dinner (fish and meat plate, salads, hot dishes and desserts), drinks and transport to and from the dinner venue.
Register through the online form.
Choose No conference ticket for the conference registration fee (since you are registered already) and enter the number of required dinner tickets in the section Conference dinner.
As places are limited, dinner tickets will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Payment must have been received before the ticket can be allocated/confirmed.
Letter of invitation
The congress organisation will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. The letter will be sent as e-mail attachment. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support.
Insurance, liability
FIAPAC does not accept liability for individual medical, travel or personal insurance, and participants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance policies in their country of origin.
